NCATA Announces All-Academic Team and Academic Honor Roll for 2022 Season

EUGENE, Ore. – The National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) this evening announced its All-Academic Team and Academic Honor Roll for the 2022 season via the association’s social media accounts on Twitter and Instagram.
 
Members of the NCATA All-Academic Team must have a 3.30 grade-point average and provide significant contributions to the team’s success during 2022 regular season competition.
 
Eight different programs were represented on the 2022 NCATA All-Academic Team, including two-time selections in Fairmont State’s Peyton Barnes and Baylor’s Kamryn Kitchens. Barnes and Kitchens were joined on the All-Academic Team by Oregon’s Sara Buchner, West Liberty’s Kenzie Kyle, Converse’s Josie McDevitt, Quinnipiac’s Kyla Roberts, Limestone’s Rylee Rossman and Hawaii Pacific’s Avery Tyson.
 
Each member of the 2022 All-Academic Team had at least a 3.90 cumulative grade-point average or higher (view GPAs and majors below) for the second-consecutive year. Four members of the All-Academic Team had perfect 4.0 grade-point averages.
 
In addition, the NCATA also announced its 2022 Academic Honor Roll, which includes all active Acrobatics & Tumbling student-athletes with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.30 or higher.
 
In all, 504 Acrobatics & Tumbling student-athletes, from 32 competing teams, were named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll.
