In her role as Associate Athletics Director at Baylor University, Nancy has overseen the implementation and successful growth of Acrobatics & Tumbling, as well as the current emerging sport of Equestrian. Her in depth knowledge of NCAA policy and business background were instrumental in the early development of the sport, and continue to guide policy and operational progress.
