She is the Head Coach of Acrobatics & Tumbling at Baylor University. Felecia’s passion and leadership have been the catalyst in the growth of Acrobatics & Tumbling across the country. Her work with NCAA and NAIA institutions has resulted in the historic rise of Acrobatics & Tumbling at the collegiate level. She has served in an advisory role as Youth Acrobatics & Tumbling develops under USA Gymnastics. Her experience in collegiate athletics throughout her career has positioned her as an effective advocate for Acrobatics & Tumbling. Her knowledge of the operational and financial aspects of athletic management paired with her desire to match young women with opportunities to compete at the collegiate level have resulted in building strong relationships with athletic directors and institutional administrators across the country.
