NCATA Announces 2021 All-Academic Team and Academic Honor Roll

WACO, Texas -- The National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) tonight announced its 2021 All-Academic Team and Academic Honor Roll via the association’s social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
 
Members of the NCATA All-Academic Team must have a 3.30 grade-point average and provide significant contributions to the team’s success during 2021 regular season competition.
 
Eight different programs were represented on the 2021 NCATA All-Academic Team, including three-time honorees Alexis Forbes (Converse) and Beth Magee (Azusa Pacific). Oregon’s Payton Coon was also selected to the NCATA All-Academic Team for the second-consecutive season. Peyton Barnes (Fairmont State), Abbey Bauer (West Liberty), Kam Kitchens (Baylor), Abigail Miller (Gannon) and Caroline Versluis (King) were also 2021 honorees.
 
Each member of the 2021 All-Academic Team had at least a 3.90 cumulative grade-point average or higher (view GPAs and majors below).
 
In addition, the NCATA also announced its 2021 Academic Honor Roll, which includes all Acrobatics & Tumbling student-athletes with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.30 or higher.
 
In all, 432 Acrobatics & Tumbling student-athletes were named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll. Click here to view the 2021 NCATA Academic Honor Roll
