WACO, Texas -- On Saturday afternoon during the National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) Awards Ceremony, the association's awards committee announced its 2019 All-Academic Team and the 2019 Academic Honor Roll.
Members of the NCATA All-Academic Team must have a 3.30 grade-point average and provide significant contributions to the teams success during regular season competition.
Seven different programs were represented on the 2019 NCATA All-Academic Team, including King's Ashley Berlin, Fairmont State's Tamara Boles, Glenville State's Jackie Deary, Quinnipiac's Camren Diaz, Converse's Alexis Forbes, Azusa Pacific's Beth Magee, Quinnipiac's Melanie Mancini, and Gannon's Jocelyn Scott.
Each member of the 2019 All-Academic Team had at least a 3.70 cumulative grade point average or higher (view GPAs below).
In addition, the NCATA also announced its 2019 academic honor roll, which includes all Acrobatics & Tumbling student-athletes with a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or higher.
