Baylor University senior Kiara Nowlin earned the final National Collegiate Acrobatics and Tumbling Player of the Week award, announced on Wednesday morning.

Nowlin helped Baylor close the regular season with a 286.800-276.945 win over Azusa Pacific, participating in two heats that scored a perfect 10. Opening the meet with a 10.0 in the compulsory toss, Nowlin added a 10.0 in the seven-element acro event. In tumbling, Nowlin scored a 9.70 in the trio pass before securing a 9.90 in the open pass to aid the Baylor effort, participating in eight total heats.

Junior • Base/Tumbler • Erie, Pa. (Villa Maria)
Nejman was the only double-winner for the Lady Knights in their meet against No. 4 Hawaii Pacific University. The junior helped propel Gannon to a 9.55 in the synchronized toss and also contributed to a mark of 9.35 in the trio pass. Her efforts helped her squad win the trio pass in consecutive meets, and for the fifth time this season. Nejman was named the ECAC Athlete of the Week on April 18.

Garland was a part of two perfect scores in Hawaii Pacific's win over Gannon on Friday night in both the compulsory pyramid and synch toss heat. She also earned a near perfect score in her Acro 6 Element posting a 9,95, scoring a season-high 9.975 in the six-element pass.
